My name is Alex, and I’ve spent the last 15 years in field service and electronic repair, working hands-on to keep equipment running. Over that time, I learned something simple but important: quality service should be the standard, not the exception.

I started Red Dirt Appliance because I believe people deserve honest work, dependable equipment, and a company that stands behind what it does. My passion is making sure every customer gets the same level of service and reliability that I would expect for my own family and my own home.
